Orange poster headed "Orange Shirt Day, 30th September." A ring of white handprints surrounds a white circle reading "Every Child Matters." Text invites the community to join students from Jimmy Sandy Memorial School for a walk at 1:20 p.m. outside the front of the school, hosted by Naskapi Wellness Programs, Kathleen Tooma's Beautiful Dawn Women's Shelter and the Naskapi Police, with the Women's drumming group present. Elders who attended Residential School are invited to be recognized by the students at 1:00 p.m. Three door prizes will be drawn. A black band across the bottom reads "Let's come together to acknowledge, educate, and heal."

For our Elders who went to Residential School

Twenty minutes before the walk, at 1:00 p.m., the students want to recognize the Elders among us who attended Residential School.
