The Naskapi Nation is writing its own constitution. It will put in our own words how we govern ourselves: how decisions get made, how leaders are chosen, and what they answer for. The work builds on the Naskapi Self-Governance Agreement.

The Constitution Working Group is where that writing happens. Everyone is welcome. People come, talk through a piece of the constitution, and what is said is carried into the draft. Food is served at every meeting.
