Volunteers will be at the Naskapi Nation Office from Monday, June 8 to Friday, June 12 to help community members with a range of legal matters. This service is free and runs by appointment only.

What the volunteers can help with:

  • Notary services, such as making a will
  • Family law, such as child support or divorce
  • Civil law, such as class action claims or general issues
  • Obtaining a birth or death certificate
  • Conflict mediation for family and civil matters
  • Other general government related documents
