Summer 2024 Opportunities
Tata Steel Minerals Canada is looking initially for motivated students to gain experience in a mining environment. Apply for this two-month program in the following areas: Summer job title | Number | Duration |

Environmental Assistant helper | 5 | Two months for one helper and 1 month for the others |
Details
- Duration: 2 months (June 25 to August 25)
- Location: Schefferville / Timmins, Labrador
- Schedule: According to job needs (between 8 hrs/day and 12 hrs/day)
- Salary: $22 / hour
- Age: 18 years and above (candidates aged 16 and above will be also eligible for certain positions, based on health and safety considerations)

Qualifications
The summer employment program is designed to provide students with valuable experience for their academic and professional development. We also recognize the importance of giving all young people in our community the opportunity to discover and temporarily integrate into the mining sector, even if they are not currently enrolled in studies.
