Offices Closed Thursday, September 24, in Memory of Police Chief Samuel “Sammy” Pien

The offices of the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach will be closed on Thursday, September 24, in memory of Police Chief Samuel “Sammy” Pien.

He served this community as our Police Chief. The closure is so that staff and community members can grieve together and pay their respects.

All Naskapi Nation offices will be closed for the day on Thursday, September 24. Normal hours resume Friday, September 25.

Emergency services remain available.
