REQUIREMENTS
- No experience necessary;
- Hold a valid CNESST card;
- Have good interpersonal skills;
- Be able to work independently, as well as a part of a team;
- Be willing to learn safety and skills of construction and maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Works, the Laborer will undertake duties, but not limited to the following:
- General assistance to the assigned supervisor;
- As directed by the Carpenter, to lift, store, and retrieve supplies.
- To confirm and unload deliveries;
- Ability to take directions;
- Ability to work outside when required;
- Ability to handle and transport materials by hand;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Commitment to safety and rules;
- Consulting other construction professionals to ensure the best results for final projects;
- Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Applications must be given to the Secretary at the Nation Office by April 11, 2024, at 4:30pm. Human Resources will make the selection of the candidates in collaboration with a representative from the Department of Public Works.
