πŸ’΅ Pay: $350–$500 per day
πŸ› Perks: Travel, lodging, and meals are all provided

These seasonal positions are expected to last at least 10 working days (2 weeks), with the possibility of extension depending on needs. The goal is to prepare the camp to host men’s retreat groups by mid-August.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining small engines (generators, pumps, outboards)
  • Plumbing and water access upkeep
  • General repairs, including carpentry and heating systems
  • Clearing brush and preparing firewood
  • Keeping the site clean and organized
  • Assisting with supply deliveries and tent setup
  • Coordinating with the air carrier and sharing weather updates

Ideal candidates:

  • Have experience with maintenance, carpentry, or mechanics
  • Are comfortable in outdoor, remote environments
  • Can work independently and as part of a small team
  • Are dependable and physically fit
